When I right click a shape in editing mode, Text Ruler is missing. Has this option been removed or is it hidden somewhere?
I haven't found it in the Quick Access Toolbar or the options either.

What version are you using?

I can assume since this is in the 2013 section, then you are in 2013.
Just thought I would ask.

I am in 2010, so I may see this differently then you.

Have checked with Visio 2016 - it's there. Maybe install/addin issue?
