Visio 2013: Control points dont translate correctly to 3D
« on: April 02, 2016, 09:40:07 PM »
Anybody notice that control points don't translate correctly to 3D?

Specifically,
- make a square
- add 2 control points
- go to shapesheet and set geometry to them
(so that you can extend width and height of the square via the control points)

when you apply 3D, the control points stay in 2D while the vertices triggered are 3D?

This seems like a bug to me.

Any experience or comments?

I think it wonderful if it is as you wish.
But I am afraid that unfortunately controls staying in 2D is a specification.
