Is making a report like this possible?

Nothing too special here. Referencing the attached image, I have shapes that have shape data circled in the blue, and can run a report that looks pretty much like everything circled in blue. What I want to do is be able to add ONE shape onto the drawing with the red circled shape data and be able to run one report and capture all the data (red and blue). Basically using the shape with the red data as a "dummy" to have the columns circled in red pop up.
