Is there a formula to detect if a connection point is attached to a connector?

Let's say I have a shape with connection points on it.  I would like to be able to write a formula in the shape's shapesheet to detect if a connection point is actually attached to a connector.  Is this possible?  How would I go about this, and in which block of the connection points section?
I use Visio 2013 Pro at work and 2016 Pro at home

Probably only via macro. Check Wapperdude's posts about connections.
