I get the following error when i try to change the amount of items in my legend in visio:  Shape Protection And/Or Layer Properties Prevent Complete Execution Of This Command. Does someone know how i can bypass this and change the number? Thanks

You aren't supposed to change the numbers yourself, as you add/delete shapes from a page the counts will get updated automatically.
