Hyperlinks (links) no longer working

Hi,
I have created an Org chart in desktop Viso 2019 which had links to other pages in the document using the wizard (So, you click on Jane Doe, Lead Accountant, and it would take you to a page that showed her whole team.) They worked fine for a minute, then stopped.  I attempted to insert another link on the shape, linking it to the appropriate page...it works once, again, it stops.  Any suggestions on how I can rectify this issue?  Thanks!
