Protect Pages and Index

Hello everyone,

First time asking a question for a little while, hope everyone is well!

I am working on a template that is pretty complex and has a number of differed pages with an index sheet at the front.

Is there a way i can protect the pages from being deleted manually by the user right clicking and deleting a tab/page? I've looked for a PageGuardDelete option in the pages shapesheet but there is nothing obvious.

I would also like to protect the order of the pages if possible.
