Double Click Shape to Show Shape Line

Hi There,
Im currently working with the attached template we called Manhole Sheet that we're using for survey/duct study
I just wondering if there's a way that when I double click the Shape with Text it will show the Shape Line (Attached Desired Output) using the shapesheet.

Hope you guys can help me with this.
I just want to minimize the time consumed in inserting shape around the text.
