Templates? Downloads?

Hi,
I can't find the visio 2007 resource kit download, and any "good" templates for network diagrams or server diagrams, etc.

Does anyone have some good links for free?  Company won't pay

Also, I believe Cisco has a bunch of Visio shapes.
