I don't see any way to get a list of all of my posts or all of the threads I started, am watching, or have contributed to. Is there a way to do this?

Look at Profile up on the top menu, in your profile in the Summary section there is a "Show Posts".
Then in the Modify Profile menu there a Notifications menu.

Thanks, I missed that. I see that I can get all posts by selecting Messages and threads by selecting Topics.

Thank you.
