I am attempting to use the Uber RU Dimension Line in Visio Professional 2016 and had a couple issues. 
First is the Unit physical size appears to be scaling on the drawings dimensions relative to what would be printed out on paper so the 1.75" takes up a significant portion of the drawing.  I had to set it to .146 in to match the scaling of my rack. 
Second is there a way to change the numbering to start at the top?  I know racks are normally numbered bottom up but I have a datacenter numbered top down.
