troubles locating shape data fields.

hello fellow Visio-arians 

Unsure if I am experiencing Visio legacy issues or early onset dementia.

However, is it possible (in Visio pro 2016) to get to the shape fields data 1:, data 2: , data 3:
as per the attached image.
or has this function been discontinued ?

I have some old stencils that I need to "tweek" the data 3 field.
I can get at it in code, but I thought there must be a button/tab somewhere.
