Exporting a Data Model Diagram To Visio

I am working on exporting a data model diagram on my eclipse editor to visio using SWT OLE Automation but the relationships shown in the editor are not properly reflected when I export it to visio.I have attached a snapshot of the DMD as an attachment.Please see it and guide me how to draw such kind of DMD in visio by properly showing relationships among the entities.

What controls the location of each entity?

they are drawn row by row so the location of entity does'nt matters,the only thing that matters is they are connected in a right manner according to their relationships with each other.
