Dimension shape displays in mm but prints in inches?

In one sheet, a dimension shape shows the length of an object as 168 mm. But if I copy the entire sheet to the clipboard and paste it into a Word document, that same shape displays at 6.61 in. That's the correct value in inches, but I want it in mm. What is going on?

Double-click on the embedded figure, the visio window will open. You need to check what unit of measure this page has ?
If you selected a shape before copying it, then after pasting it into a word document a new document will be created which will contain only the copied shape. this document will have default settings: units on the page, page names changed to Page-1, etc.
