export layers from visio without acrobat

Hello,
until last week I exported VISIO-files with layers with the Acrobat-plugin to pdf. Now the company's policy changed and Acrobat was deleted from my PC and instead of it I have to use Nuance Power PDF Advanced (which is - by the way- even unable to show layers- wtf).
The pdf I already exported I can open with access to layers with Foxit Reader. But it seems to be impossible to export further documents without the Acrobat-plugin.

Is there another possibility to export to pdf with the functionality of layers?
