Hi,
Working with Visio 2016 Pro. I still can't scale a drawing or even one shape (with text!!!), and keep its aspect ratio. if I scale my drawing or shape, fonts are unchanged - unless I copy and past as "Picture (Enhanced Metafile)". Is there a way to down-scale a drawing with text at the same time? I know there is limits to fonts size, but if I type 1pt in the font size the font will change, it is just does not do that on its own and I was wondering if someone figured a way, Thanks!

Use length units (in or mm) instead of pt for the font sizes - so text sizes will scale with the drawing.
