Its trimmed, now what?

I have a completed drawing which needed trimming.  After selecting all and trimming I can't figure out how to refresh the drawing with the change.  Any suggestions?

Trim cuts into segments....it does NOT actually remove "stray" segments...need to do that manually
If looking for a challenge, I guess could try to write some VBA to delete segments with 1 or both ends dangling  ;-)
