Has anyone had and solved this problem? IT finally provided me with a new laptop, but now whenever I close Visio it deletes/resets the option settings and turns off Developer Mode, unchecks the Developer tab in the ribbon. So every time I open a document I have to re-check Run in Developer Mode and re-customize the ribbon.  All of my other settings changes persist, just not this one, and it's driving me nuts. I'm running Visio 2013 standard with Windows 10.

Thanks!  Appreciate you pointing me in a direction. I'm about to pull my hair out over here. Hopefully this saves a couple of follicles  :)
