Hi!
my apologies if this question has been asked several times before, but I couldn't really apply any of the answers to my situation.

We have just rolled out approx. 300 Thin Clients. Unfortunate we have seen the need to know which MAC address a TC corresponds to as well as on which table that TC sits.
We cannot use fancy documentation tools because we are very restricted when it comes to installing non approved software.
I have a visio floorplan that shows that there is a thin client.
Ages ago, I remember that it was possible to add data to shapes.
I'd be willing to go to each one of these machines and document their mac and table number, but how do I add these to visio, so that computers can be moved and I can search for MAC's and Tables?
Does anyone have a good and practical solution for me?
I'd love to be able to share that document on SPS as well.
