I would like to create a diagram of our network systems and have them connected with animated lines...i.e. a brighter point of light moving in a given direction to simulate data transmission.

I would also like the ability to show data moving along reversed paths, such as to show that two servers talk to each other as opposed to one server only pulling data from the other.

Apologies if this has been answered...but I'm having the hardest time trying to word my searches to get the right response.

Thank you very much in advance!

sounds like a visual version of a bounce diagram. Animation has always been a popular topic, but it requires some significant custom coding (so all solutions are very unique).
