ok, this is beyond frustrating me.  I just upgraded from 2010 to 2013.  I primarily use visio to creat organization charts.  In 2010 (and 2007) under the org chart tab, there is a button for "Display Options".  When clicked a box pops up and you select a tab called "Data Fields".  Here there would be options to display additional data in fields that would display in each corner for each box.  For the life of me I cannot find this option in 2013, I'm one step away from an uninstall and going back to 2010.  Please Help!!!!

I cannot find in my Visio 2016 pro for Office 365,  either.
But the shape data can be open with right click menu on a shape,
or with a general menu to show shape data.

That's exactly what I was looking for, thanks!  Looks like they did away with the ability to set fields for fields 3,4,5.
