'Save as' PDF doesn't work properly, shapes shift position

Hi,
I often import .dwg in Visio and put some Visio shapes and lines on top. When I save the lot as pdf, the Visio shapes are slightly off position relative to the CAD drawing. The CAD drawing is locked (deletion, size and position). Can anybody help me?
