I created a closed shape using the pencil tool to trace an image. After I was finished, I discovered a part of the shape that I didn't trace very accurately. I need to insert a new line segment in between two existing line segments.

Is there a way to do that?

Or is there a way to break open the shape at one of the nodes?

Thanks

This is with Visio 2010.

Never mind. I found the answer in a thread I started a year ago:

http://visguy.com/vgforum/index.php?topic=5340.0

In that thread, wapperdude showed me how to ass a node using Ctrl+Click, which solves the problem.

Thanks again, big guy!    :)
