EDIT: So after some searching it turned out that there was something broken with my installation. A reinstall and it all works fine now

When trying to save as web drawing .vdw Visio always halts and is not responding at 51% when "Gathering data refresh information...." It works on another PC but not this one. Have any of you had this problem before?
