Change Shapes in Visio 2003

How can i change all shapes (witch custom properties) to new shapes I have oval callout and i want to change it without any modification custom properties it its possible? PS Visio 2003

Hi sakul,

There is no feature in Visio to do this, but there are utilities available.

Try:

Install and select 'Shape substitute' from the menu.

I've just released a new version of the utilities. In the shape substitute you can now make the dialog form transparent so when doing multiple substitutes and you are responding yes/no to each one it is now easier to see whch shape is selected.

I've also added text export from multiple documents, even from a selection of files so you can now export all the text from hundreds or even thousands of Visio documents.
