Add Group ShapeData to ShapeSheet and Shape Data window/dialog

The deprecated NETWORK EQUIPMENT addon displayed Shape Data rows on Tabs according to the SortKey value (thus effectively disabling sorting)
Want it back, but with an extra Group cell

This was a great add-on and I don't have the CD's anymore from Visio 5 Enterprise.  The add-on was an executable called network shape properties.exe.  I am investigating on re-building it.  I would also like addional sort key fields.  Will keep you posted, but if anyone has the network shape properties.exe add-on, it would be greatly appreciated.
