I have a SPS site that contains a list of all my servers, OS, Memory, CPU etc, and which project each server is associated with.

I know how to import, but I want to create a Visio that will have the following per Project:

ProjectName

Total # of Servers:

# with OS 2008

# with 2003

etc
All the information is in the SPS, but I want to count the total amount of servers associated to a project. Then break down the total amount of machine with different OS. Another row for total amount of storage. etc

Any ideas?

Export a report to Access, then do proper queries with reports.
