Layer lists need to be sorted alphabetically..

Except for the Layer Management window, layer lists are not sorted alphabetically.  In fact, they're not even sorted chronologically in the order they were created.  In my earlier post, I showed that my architectural drawings have 50 or more layers, making the task of assigning new objects to existing layers quite tedious.

In Visio 2007 you can order the layers by clicking on the header of the layers name column.

That is true with 2010 and 2013 too I believe, but that option is not available on the "Assign to Layer" window.
