Hi All,

Using Visio 2010

I have created multiple Floor Space Plans but I am having difficulties with the most recent one I created. I think the issue is from the Stencil Template I created.
I have Data Graphic on the space shape with the Color by Value option. The space color is suppose to change whenever I revise the color in the Color By value window. However, it does not automatically change the color after I hit Apply and Ok, its stays at whatever color I was trying to change. The only way to trigger the color update is to apply "No Data Graphic" to the shape and reapply the "Available Data Graphic" I have created.

I don't have this issue with my other plans. I have tried playing with the formatting options but that failed. I used a Space shape and the color changes fine that's why I think the Stencil I created is the issue.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix the issue so the colors update how they should instead of recreating the floor plans all over?
