Printing Org charts with large number of employees

I have created an org chart for the company I work for, the trouble comes in when I print it out nothing is correct.  My company has a large number of employees, I ave looked over the internet for answers with no success, need to print it on a paper that is 34 x 22, any help will be appreciated.
