Using the plotter to print a flow chart...

I'm having trouble getting the actual drawing "my map" to enlarge itself to fit the plotter paper. I'm all over the place trying different printer paper, changing drawing page sizes or printer paper sizes to no avail. Suggestions or resources I can tap into?
