Custom Fields Question for Template

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a template for some work and have two questions:


  • For the Custom Fields (like Creator of Document Info and Creation Date/Time, specifically), is there a way to have these change if a document is 'Saved As...'?  If it is just saved, I have another field for Current Date/Time for tracking Revisions, but if someone else wants to use this template, they will not be able to have their name / new date change.
  • I have 4 pages created with a background setup: Letter Sized Page Landscape, Letter Sized Portrait, Legal Sized Page Landscape, and Legal Sized Portrait.  I have Visio Standard 2010.  Is there anyway to have a selection of what the page should be and the background added to that automatically?
