Start up issue on Lap top

Have 2007 sp3 installed on a W7 64 bit Lap top ...
Each time I start it up   I get a Microsoft installer configuration window, and the changes to " Please wait while Windows configure Microsoft Office Visio Standard 2007" .... the one you get on initial install.

Happens every day.
