Hi,

I was using the Basic Flowchart stencil when I found the Parallel mode shape. Visio 2007 online help is a bit vague: could you explain to me how to use this shape, especially regarding the 4 yellow diamond handles it contains?

Thank you very much,
Filippo

I think the purpose of the shape is to join various connectors, the yellow handles move the connection points. Unless you a very particular use for it I'd not recommend using it.

But Paul, somebody went to a certain amount of effort to make that shape!  Whisk!  Another shape swept aside.   :o   :D

Hi,
looking at the Controls shapesheet section I found that the yellow diamond handles affect the Geometries, so I played around a bit and I find that the handles have to be dragged outside the shape to create external connectors. Yesterday I moved them only inside, so nothing happened...

Btw, thank you! :)
