Today, while configuring the Weekly Calendar in Visio 2010 Standard (Intel), I dragged the appointment shape over and attempted to configure a 11:30pm - 12:30am duration.  Error Will Robinson...!   The interesting aspect is - the error, although correct from an icon perspective, is fundamentally incorrect.

So.. I looked into the multi day, however it does not have the time duration.

Anyone come up with a solution to this little beauty absent creating a text box and label... ?

Thanks!

Nosmo...

The shape is only designed to be used within a day, your times are going over a day boundary. Use two Appointment shapes, one at the end of the day, one at the beginning.
