Visio 2013 org chart shape text vertical alignment issue

I can't align text to be in the middle of the same in Visio 2013 org chart shape. The field is positioned off center. It's fine for one line Names but if there are lots of shapes with long name and size of the shape needs to be as small as possible all these names are getting out of the boundaries of the shape.
There is only one field Name is visible. I can adjust the field for one shape and multiply that shape. But when it comes to importing chart data Visio uses OOTB shapes and all of them have same problem: text is off middle center.

I found a hack: add another field to the same block below the Name field (from the list of standard fields). Visio will automatically adds new field with value "Email". Now find and replace Email.
Name field now will be aligned properly.
