I am looking to build a seating chart diagram that updates when the user selected a date. We have a seating chart assignment list that varies from week to week. I have the data in SharePoint as a list. I can bind my Visio shape objects to the data fine, but it only binds 1:1. For example I will have multiple records for desk 1, but the employee and shift times assigned to that desk changes from week to week. I need to be able to allow the user to select date and then re-bind the data based on the values for the week. Is this possible. I have been researching but have not quite found a reasonable way to do this? Any suggestions to point me in the right direction are greatly appreciated.
