2013 "Undo" won't undo just one action

Anyone else have this issue - and is there a setting I can make to eliminate the possibility that multiple steps can be undone? 

I've been searching for an answer for two days before posting here...it could be me. :-[

Hello Steve,

Can you describe the problem in more detail?  What steps are you taking, with which template and stencil?  What were you expecting to see and what did you actually see?
