Callout Text Rotation

I am inputting the Text Callout into shapes. The Callout positions are set depending on the shape. But since these shapes were rotated and moved along the way, the call out text positions are not the same across the sheet.

Is there a way to insert a value format to have the text in the callout be the right side up at 0 degrees? I am manually rotating each one and its taking too much time.

Ok so it took me forever to find there the Text Transform/TxtAngle fields are....

Your formulas from the link are working for the text on the shapes but its not working for the callout text. The rotation on the callout text is not protected so not sure why its not working. I place the formula in the Text Angle field and nothing changes and no error. 

Thoughts?
