Hey all, so new and so confused..lol

Actually it's my wife that needs the help (Visio 2013) she got Visio to draw up rooms for events. She's an event planner.
What we have been trying to figure out is how to get the rooms to fit on to the full page (8.5x11) every new room she is working on is different, some are 35' x 20' or the last one is 105' x 24'

When she draws the room, it's tiny on the page, in print preview. What is the easiest way to get the room to fit the page.

Also, one last thing that has been driving her nuts, is when she places a object just on the edge of the page it expands the drawing to 2 pages. Is there a way to turn this off?

Thanks

what your working with are scaled drawings.
When you start a new layout
Menu Tab => Design
There is a small arrow next to page setup
the drawing scale tab
set the scale (architectural) to the layout you need.
