Hello,
I've been using Visio for quite a while for very basic flow charting. I'm also learning to play Guitar and was very interested in the Musical Stave stencil, I think it is really good. To supplement this towards making a more complete music notation utility I started to create my own musical notes (semibreve, minim, crotchet etc not too difficult thus far).

I'm at the stage where I'm trying to create a quaver triplet, see attached - examples a & b work as they're supposed to but in example c the stem of the middle note goes "off vertical" when either first or last note are selected and moved forward or backward.

I need to get the head of the middle note to move with it's corresponding connector on the horizontal beam so that its stem will stay vertical.

Do you know how I can do this? I hope I have explained this well enough.

Thanks

Paul
