Mouseover arrows not showing Visio 2010

I am watching the "USING Microsoft Visio 2010" video. The first thing it shows is to add a shape and then to use the small blue arrows that appear when you hover the mouse over the shape. The blue arrows do not appear on my Visio 2010 Professional. I have tried to repair it and still no luck.

and ensure "Show more shape handles on hover" is selected.
