I've come across a problem where when exporting Visio diagrams to PDF, the font, especially smaller fonts (size 1-4) are jumbled up and often overlapping to the point where it can't be read.

Anyone else having font problems when converting to PDF?

If I print via Adobe Pro or Save As I have the same quality results and don't see any diference

This seems to be an issue with fonts <4, with font size 2 it is more evident it seems. Can you please share your scenario - as why do you need such small fonts?
