Hi!

I have to admit that I'm new to Visio(2010) and that this might be ä "newbie" question....but....I have for the past two weeks been searching for a function and hasn't been able to find it.

When designing a "high-level" flowchart I want to be able to specify the input and output between different steps in the process. This is easily achieved by defining form data. I would however like to be able for my users "single click" show/hide the input/output information in the flowchart when it is published as a .vdw file on Sharepoint.

Is this possible and how do I achieve this in the easiest possible way..

Thanks in advance!
