Is it possible to insert the same type of Word "Text Form Fields (abl)" with the lock into a Visio Drawing?

I have a Visio Flow Chart (FC) that has basic box shapes and I want to insert the FC into Word 2010 and then be able to type in the persons name in the correct box without opening the Visio FC.  It's an emergency response organization chart so the name in the shape box will always change especially when used in training exercises.

Can this be done easily so that the FC can be used by persons with no Visio skills?

My other option is to overlay the text form fields in table boxes onto the Visio FC that is inserted as a picture that way you get the greyed out form field.
