For some reason (probably I unknowingly turned off a toggle) but now when ever I insert new pages adding a name or new number it does not show up in in the page name bar and I have to rename each time.

Thanks for helping.

I may not be explaing the problem properly - the Insert Page posts a window called 'Page Setup" to the screen and it enables a page Name: - when I apply text as I did previously the same text would appear in the page bar for the inserted page. Now it is always comes up as a number and I have to rename from the page number that is given. does this help?

Thanks
