Hello,
is it possible to print the ShapeSheet of a shape? If so - how?  ???

I have found two pages to this topic at microsoft:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa140375(office.10).aspx
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyId=04f62788-99b5-4880-8a98-ecfed40f75ae&displaylang=en

Both do only apply to visio 2002 and refuse to install on a machine using visio 2007.

Any ideas?

You might want to check out Paul Herber's super utilities at:  http://www.sandrila.co.uk/

Very kind of you Wayne, but my utilities don't do that (yet).

It shouldn't be very difficult, and I see no reason why one version shouldn't work with Visio 2000 up to 2007 and for all languages, not just English.

:P  Let's see if I get it right this time.  The SDK contains a Print Shape sheet utility which will allow you to select the sections, and print to clipboard or printer.  At least for V2003 and V2007, that's true.

QuoteMicrosoft Office Visio Print ShapeSheet Tool
The Microsoft® Office Visio® Print ShapeSheet tool provides a user interface that lets you print ShapeSheet spreadsheet information for one or more selected shapes, a Visio document, the styles defined in the document, or the current drawing page. You can send the result to the Clipboard, a file, or a printer. You can use the Print ShapeSheet tool to print data from various sections of the ShapeSheet and to search for cell references and dependencies in various formulas.

To start the Print ShapeSheet tool

Start Microsoft Office Visio 2007.
Open a new or existing Visio document or template.
On the Tools menu, point to Add-Ons, point to SDK, point to Tools, and then click Print ShapeSheet. The options that are available depend on whether there are shapes on the drawing page and whether any of the shapes are selected.

This sdk tool is poor.  for me (2007) it only prints out a subset of fields.  not the actuall complete list, nor the data contained therein.
