Is there a way to define a custom keyboard shortcut for specific commands?

I would like a shortcut for View | Page Width.

I'd also like one for View | xxx%, where I can change the percentage value.

It looks like Visio (2007) doesn't display the keyboard shortcut assignments for any toolbar icons or even in the Tools | Customize | Commands list.

Is any of this fixed in 2010?
Using Visio 2019, part of Office 365 on Windows 10

Google for AutoHotKey, I don't think that Visio supports Macros as Word does it
