Hi all,

How can i have a rack build on one page with multiple stencils that can appear as a shape on anther page. It will be smaller. Example i have a 42in rack full of equipment that appears at the bottom of pages in much smaller form. It also can appear in other areas of other pages in even smaller from.

I have been using a background page and copying the rack to that page. But every time i edit the rack, say insert another model of a router i have to copy and paste the rack to the background or insert the equipment in the background. What i would like to do is just edit on one page.

thanks

Copy your rack to document stencil.  Then deal and drop it where you want.  To edit, dbl click the rack in the doc stencil.  This will open it for editing. Make changes, update and close.  Changes will flush into all instances of the rack.
