ShapeSheet: Convenient GUARD (etc) wrapper feature

During shape development in the ShapeSheet, the developer often needs to enclose the entire formula in GUARD or remove GUARD. (Same with THEMEGUARD, are there others?)   It would be a great convenience to have a right-click item that performed this edit.
